About Codi
I am an openly affirming therapist; I enjoy providing a non-judgmental space for my clients to develop greater levels of self-awareness and skills to independently address presenting issues, as well as the issue’s impacts on their lives.
I began working full-time in mental health during my practicum/internship in 2017; graduating in 2018, I was able to obtain my provisional license and operate under supervision, with full independent licensure in 2019. I have worked with various populations in various environments ranging from children to geriatric and from schools to hospitals.
While working in private practice, I noticed a pattern in the types of clients I was seeing and the issues we were working around and with; this pattern is what led me to open my own independent practice in 2022.
My passion centers around providing services for those who feel marginalized, misunderstood, or disconnected from their place/purpose in the world around and within themselves.
As such, I openly affirm individuals who identify as LGBTQ+, poly/kink, and secular/non-religious/non-Christian, providing a level of acceptance and affirmation of self-worth that can facilitate healing.
